Send your footwear using a tracked and insured Royal Mail service for additional peace of mind.
We restore & return
We carry out the requested work, confirm return postage and send payment details by text.
Postage guidance

We recommend Royal Mail Signed For or Special Delivery for added tracking, peace of mind and insurance while your footwear is in transit.

Box Fresh Glasgow cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage once footwear has entered the postal system.
Return delivery
How payment and return postage works.
Once the requested work has been completed, the cost of return postage will be added to your cleaning or restoration total.
We will ask which Royal Mail return service you would like us to use, then send you a secure payment link by text.
Once your footwear has been posted back, we will email you the receipt and tracking reference.
