Customers from anywhere in the UK are welcome to post out their shoes directly to our shop in Glasgow where we can carry out the desired work and post them back out.

We recommend using Royal Mail signed for service or special delivery for extra peace of mind and added insurance. The return postage fee will be added to the total cost of the cleaning service after the work has been carried out and once you have instructed us on the return Royal Mail postage service you wish us to use. Payment will then be arranged via bank transfer. Once your shoes have been posted back to you, we will email you the receipt number. We will not assume responsibility for loss or damage of your shoes after they have been entered into the mail system by us.

Prior to posting your shoes out we ask that you enter your details into our booking system by clicking here and select the option Yes to the are you posting your shoes to us section in the drop-down menu. We ask that you are specific in the services you wish us to carry out and mention any repairs etc that you wish us to do.

Package your shoes in a secure box in waterproof packaging and include your return details inside the package including your contact number and email address and send them to the following address:
